I just did my Just Dance with 10 minutes abs workout. I broke a sweat a lot and I feel great. I will be living one undo latin dance workout dvd for this week and see if I can work double time one day for next to accomodate this one workout I wasn't able to do for this week.
I have been working a lot and yet I don't seems to be losing weight as I wanted to. I am only losing inches. The sad part is, I am still not happy with the falbs on my core which I know will be hard to remove because I am a bad eater.. haahahaha.. But I am not losing hope that someday, slowly it will be tone.
