Yey, I was able to follow what is on my workout schedule so far and I will do my best to follow them all for the rest of the week, that includes my running at the gym at work.
I am losing very little weight despite all the hard work I am doing. These only mean that I really need to do my 7 days vegetable diet which is the fastest way to lose weight. However, I need to choose the days I will do this diet because the side effects on me while doing the diet, is lack of sleep and weekness. I will try to do at least the first 3 days on the weekend to lose at least 3 pounds.
