Slacked weeks for my fitness life. Last week was a devastated workout routine because I was caught up with so many commitment both personal and business wise. So I ended up having a runined workout schedule. I don't really know how to catch up but I will really try my best. I have been separating all the workout dvd's that I wasn't able to follow due my my busy life.
