Missed Workout

I did my 30 minutes kickboxing workout yesterday and I have few more missed workouts to finish and I don't know how can I do it specially that I have only one day off for cleaning for this week. I might extend my March workout until the second week of April but I will not chance any of the scheduled I did, since I will be following these workout schedule every year. \

Anyway, I am still struggling with losing weight because of my busy life. I really think that working out really helps in losing weight. I don't need to eat less than I am eating since my body is always working here and there. I just need to focus on eating foods rich in fiber.
