Push To Workout

I did only two of the workout for my schedules workout for this week. I have to push myself really hard specially today that I am having a headache. But I am glad I did.

This week is not really a busy week for me so I will make sure that I will do my workout as schedules without compromising all the things I need to do at home like my cleaning and some phonecalls.

I also need to focus on not eating too much specially in the morning when I get home from work. I need to avoid eating rice so I might focus on steaming veggies inside and few eggs.
